Seloto neighborhood (The Village in English) is the administrative center of the village of Kalotina. It houses the town hall, the post office, the former school of Kalotina (now a home for the elderly) and the functioning Eastern Orthodox Church of the Holy Trinity, whose bell rings in the surrounding hills. As befits an administrative center, Seloto is the largest neighborhood of Kalotina.
Kalotina celebrates its feast of the "Holy Spirit", also known as the "Holy Trinity" - on the 51st day after Easter. Then, on the square in front of the town hall, a rich cultural program was performed and wonderful people from young and old, residents and guests of Kalotina, performed.
